Yesterday, my husband told me he’d be coming home in 6 days. Today, he was killed on a mission in Iraq. He is gone at 23. I fell to the floor. An hour later, his 17 yr old sister was on the floor reading me the letters he sent her about his love for us. Selfless teenagers biking 4 miles GMH.
You only get to touch a handful of souls in your lifetime. Know them well and make sure they remember you.
